           Josh Moore

My name is Josh Moore and I started out in the same position many of you are most likely in right now. I was 310lbs, miserable and full of excuses as to why I was unable to do anything about it. Finding out I had liver disease due to my weight at the age of 30 was the motivation I needed. Being a father of 1, soon to be 3 (expecting twins) I am well aware of the struggles both financially and time wise that going to a gym presents. 

 

My main focus here at the gym will be customer care, setting people up with memberships and personal training sessions and eventually becoming a certified trainer, so I can eventually help others achieve their goals.

After a lengthy break up with my girlfriend and mother of my children, I had become very upset with how I looked and felt about myself. I decided it was past time for me to make a change in my life. I started my weight loss journey by attending the very kickboxing class we offer here. 

 

Here I am almost 5 months later, 50+ pounds down and in better shape than I have been in a long time! While I still consider myself a work in progress, I am excited to help you on your journey. By changing myself, my diet, and adding cardio and weight training, I was able to obtain the results you see to the left.
